Cancellation and Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
   Orders placed once cannot be cancelled. We strive to fulfill all orders promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Products
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for you. To initiate an exchange, please provide us with an unboxing video as evidence. This video is essential for verifying the condition of the product upon arrival.
3. Cancellation of COD Orders
   If you cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a fee of ₹100 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher, will be applied as courier compensation. This amount will be added to your next order as a shipping charge.
4. Prepaid Order Cancellations or Denials
   In case you cancel or deny receipt of a prepaid order, a deduction of ₹100 or 10% of the total order value, whichever is higher, will be applied as courier compensation. This fee is necessary to cover the shipping and handling costs that have already been incurred.
