Mystic Mix Cleansing pot (6 pieces)

• This band is made from natural Stones, hence DO NOT expose them to harsh chemicals, extreme heat or bleach. Use mild soap and water to clean the crystals.
•  The metal components are made of Copper and are Electroplated. The colour may fade away with regular exposure to water.

Pendants :-   

• The Stones in these pendants are natural Crystals.
• The metal used in the Pendent is Copper.
• The chains are made of Brass and are coated with Rhodium.

Bracelets :-

• These bracelets are made from Natural Crystal stones.
• The Metal bits ( if present ) are made from Copper and are coated with Rhodium which is Non Allergan.
• The Elastic used inside is a stretchable Silicon thread.

Trees :-   

• The Beads/Chips used in this tree are natural Crystal stones.
• The wire used to wind the chips is Iron.
• The base of this Tree is a natural Raintree bark.
• The center portion is made from Epoxy Resin.

Delivery Procedure

• You agree that the products are personally curated, carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.
• We ship our orders through Shiprocket our official delivery partners who assign the shipments through various Courier companies based on your pin code.  
•  The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay.  

Packaging Details

• We put our products in necessary secured Packaging which is shared for multiple products in case of a larger order. We do not assure individual packaging per product unless specifically specified by you during the time of placing the orders.

Tracking Information

• You will receive an SMS and an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 48 hours after your order is placed with us.
•  You understand that the status of your order may take 48 hours, or such other time as may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Cold Lava’s control.

Delivery Timelines

• Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

• However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.
• If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.
