Size Exchanges :-
- As per our policy we ask for a wrist size before placing the order . Please make sure that you measure the wrist size as shown in the product carousel and then select the right and comfortable size for the bracelet.
- Alternatively we also provide extra bead and elastic with every order. If in case the Selected bracelet size doesn’t fit you you may use the elastic & extra bead( if required ) to alter the size of the bracelet as per your comfort.
- The Reference video for Resizeing the bracelet has been uploaded and presented on the YOUTUBE. you may click on the video to view the same.
- If you want to exchange and resize the bracelet , Shipping Charges shall be applicable on actuals.
Cancellation Policy :-
- Please note, orders once place WILL NOT be cancelled. In any event that you receive a damaged or a broken product, after producing a complete unboxing video, without any tempering, replacement will be issued for the same, only after full verification.
- In case you fail to provide the unboxing video, no claims regarding damage or missing product will be entertained.
- However, We take full responsibility and ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy :-
- Please note, these are energy products and we do NOT have a return and refund policy upon Regret Purchases. Hence we request you to be sure of your purchase before confirming your order.
- If you opt for a Refund , a processing fee of ₹90 will be applicable. You would receive the balance amount within 3 – 5 business days after receipt & approval of the returned product.
Refund Policy
We do not have a refund policy on regretted purchases. Once purchased, the order cannot be canceled as these are energy products, as they will not be re-sold or reassigned to someone else.
To avoid any dissatisfaction, we request you to thoroughly explore our website and understand the usage of the crystals and the entire philosophy behind them before making your purchase.
Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel it. However, if you receive a damaged product with valid evidence of unboxing video, we shall provide you a replacement within the guidelines stated in our policies.
In case you do not receive your product, we will issue a refund or a replacement as per your request. In such an event, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the day you raise your dispute.
If a customer overpays for a product, the excess amount will not be refunded back to the original source. Instead, a Credit note in the same amount will be issued to the client, which shall be utilized within 6 months, else forfeited.
