🔹 Orders Once Placed Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size or product variation selected
- Change of mind
- Duplicate order
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Courier delays
- Personal reasons unrelated to product quality
🔹 Size & Variation Responsibility
Please verify all product details before checkout. Many items are intention-based, energy-aligned, or personalized, and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled after the order is placed.
🔹 Custom & Personalized Orders
Products that are crafted, customized, intention-based, or created for healing/numerology purposes are non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
📍 Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure the delivery address and mobile number entered at checkout are accurate.
We do not edit or modify addresses after an order is placed.
Cancellations due to incorrect addresses are not accepted.
If a parcel returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
➡ Two-way shipping charges will be deducted or must be paid before reshipment or refund (if applicable).

🔹 Exception Clause
Cancellation is only possible if the product is out of stock or unavailable from our end.
If this occurs, our team will contact you with alternative options or a refund.
